Rights of data subject
You may, at any time, make a handover request to the data controller, regarding all your personal data, and have it corrected, blocked, or deleted.
Right of access
You may request a confirmation from the data controller, whether personal data that concerns you is being processed by us.
Right to rectification
Should you find your personal data to be incorrect or incomplete, you may request the rectification and/or completion of your data from the data controller. The data controller shall process your request without undue delay.
Right to restriction of processing
You may request the restriction of processing your personal data, provided that the following conditions are fulfilled.
Right to erasure
You may request the data controller to delete your personal data without undue delay, and the data controller is obligated to delete that data without undue delay, provided that one of the following criteria is fulfilled:
- Personal data concerning you are not required anymore to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or processed
- You withdraw your consent that is required to data processing and no other legal basis exists for the further processing of your data.
- You enter an objection against the processing of your data and no other overriding legal basis exists for the further processing of your data, or you enter an objection against the processing of your data
- Your personal data has been wrongfully processed.
Right to notification
Should you have exercised your right to have your personal data corrected, erased, or restricted from processing towards the data controller, the data controller is obligated to notify all recipients to whom the data controller has disclosed your data, regarding the correction, erasure, or restriction of processing of your data, unless doing so would not be feasible or would require an in proportionate expenditure of resources.
You have the right to be notified by the data controller regarding the recipients mentioned above.
Right to dara portability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
